Kleen-Tex Poland is looking for an independent, analytical person with high professional standards for the position:
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Your work location: Suchedniów-Poland
Mode: On-site
The Chief Accountant will be responsible for:
- substantive and organizational supervision over the work of the Accounting Department
- keeping the books in accordance with current accounting and tax laws
- preparation of declarations, reports and statements for external and internal institutions
- supervision of the correctness of tax settlements and representation of the Company before external authorities
- cooperation with external institutions in terms of inspections and audits
- cooperation with related parties in the capital group
- supervision of the monthly financial and accounting closure of the books of account and the correct circulation of documents
Requirements and skills:
- a minimum of 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant (work experience in large manufacturing companies is welcome)
- higher education, preferred field of studies: accounting, economics, finance, taxation
- good knowledge of spoken and written English
- knowledge of International Accounting Standards IAS and International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS
- independence in solving problems in the accounting area combined with very good organization of work
- the ability to plan and manage the day-to-day work of the team
- factual communication within the team
- accuracy and reliability in performing duties
- sense of responsibility, punctuality
- decision-making skills
- openness to take on new challenges
